What we love about Battlefield Park:
The park features two playground areas with play equipment appropriate for toddlers and older children. The newest playground area, added in 2022, offers inclusive and adaptive play equipment for those with limited mobility. A paved walking trail provides a half mile loop around the entire park.
Pro Parent Tip: Stop by the Little Free Library located near the parking lot! You might find the perfect new-to-you book! Bring along a book or two to donate to it, as well!
Amenities at Battlefield Park:
The playground area is ideal for children of all ages! There are three separate playground structures at Battlefield Park. One is geared toward toddlers and younger children, and there is a larger play structure that is perfect for older children who love to climb and use larger slides. An inclusive playground structure is located just across the walking path for children of all abilities.
